I saw myself die, oh Lord,
through the eyes of the man I loved.
What was left of my body was a heart
ripped from my chest.

My lips were a blood mess,
teeth stretched to a smile on the floor.
Was devouring looks,
which we used as silent words.

His body next to mine, on his knees begging please,
for my ripped flesh, as I have any left to give.

As I sat sadly by his side
came a wonderous thought,
bathed me in its purity,
wrapped around like Blue Silk.

Why should I be hiding,
dwellin' in confinement?
Let myself be free again,
annihilate this nightmare.

Fast asleep was he,
dreaming vividly.
Overdue his brutality,
